A Pop of Red

You’d think after living in the Chicagoland area my entire life, I’d be used to the weather’s tendency to be rather unpredictable. The photos taken for this post came from an unseasonably warm day where I was convinced that spring must be on its way. However, here I am now, snuggled up on my couch with piping hot cup of tea staying far, far away from the nasty outdoors. Chicago, get it together!

Anyway, remember these pumps I scored for TEN DOLLARS? Yup, four months later and I still had yet to wear them. (Hey, at least they were sitting all perty in my room O:) But over this past weekend, I decided it was time to make their debut. What better way to dress up black and white with a pop of red?

  1. Seriously, those red shoes are killer. LOVE them. A girl can never have enough shoes and come to think of it, I do not have a single red pair to call my own which means I am on the hunt. Thanks for the inspiration. Beth
